Process Introduction
OUR PROCESS
Advanced printing techniques for superior quality and durability
DIRECT-TO-GARMENT PRINTING
Direct-to-garment, or DTG printing, is a method that sprays ink onto garments and is similar to printing on paper. DTG printing technique is an excellent option for those who want to add complex, multi-color designs on t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and other similar fabric items.
MULTI-COLOR DESIGNS
Perfect for complex, full-color designs with intricate details
VERSATILE APPLICATION
Works on t-shirts, hoodies, tote bags, and various fabric items
HIGH PRECISION
Digital accuracy that captures every detail of your design
ENVIRONMENTAL COMMITMENT
At Maturelion, DTG designs are printed using non-toxic vegan inks that ensure the garments are safe for adults and children. Have your designs printed with machines that are energy-efficient, produce zero wastewater, and are a sustainable choice for your brand.
HOT STAMPING PROCESS
The pattern is first printed onto the pet film coated with release agent, and after drying, the film with the pattern is ironed onto the surface of the clothes, or other fabrics through high temperature and high pressure, leaving the pattern, and tearing off the waste film, completing the process of ironing.
It can print high-precision character photos as well as 3D game animation patterns and other colorful, full-layered, fine-toned patterns, which can be made very close to the computer design.
